Today, with your support, Care Fund is a critical part of Arizona's family support network. Working with hospitals, social workers and the health and welfare community, we have been able to provide more than $1,600,000 in mortgage and rent assistance to serve 632 Arizona families, helping 1,645 children and 1,153 adults in 66 cities throughout Arizona spend 861,400 nights safe and secure in their homes while weathering their child's health crisis. Your kindness gives our families hope:

“Recently, I was able to spend time with 10 year old Shiloh, who has severe autism and various other learning disabilities. She has been riding with TROT for about one year and. she proudly told me "Horses are my Life!!!" Her time with her TROT companion, Fiesta, and training team has helped her gain communication skills, increase her balance and her attention.”

“Many things have changed since its inception in 1966, but rising costs for medication still remains a persistent problem for many. Your kind gift will help many receive what may be life-saving medication.”

“Your charitable giving ensures this public garden remains true to its mission, a mission that will allow the Porter family legacy to live on for the next generation through serving more people and providing them with enhanced educational programs and exhibits for years to come. With every dollar we dedicate to strengthening the Gardens' horticultural mission we reach more people and enrich more lives. Your support ensures that these invaluable programs continue and helps one of Tucson's treasures bloom year round.”

“With your help, we have added beneficiaries and increased the amount of food donated to those most in need. Our goal for 2019 is to provide 11,000 pounds of naturally grown, culturally appropriate produce and 6,500 dozen humanely raised eggs. Your gift will help improve the nutrition of an estimated 3,200 very low income and/or homeless people in Tuscon through our partnership with Casa Maria soup kitchen, Casa San Juan soup kitchen, Our Place Clubhouse, and Lend A Hand Tucson.”

“Your generous donation will support our ongoing Integrative Touch™ Hospital Program for families with children with special medical needs. When families are in crisis, ITK sends teams of volunteers into the hospital to provide support. This support can include everything from integrative healing therapies like reflexology, sound healing and gentle massage to visits from life coaches or other skilled volunteers who can provide comfort and emotional support. It takes a village to help families get through difficult moments and ITK provides that village.”

“Through your generous contributions we have been able to grow, develop, and provide our services to the highest-need populations in our community. We could not do it without the many years of support from Nicholas W. Genematas II Foundation. We look forward to keeping you informed about the outcomes and impact that happens as a result of your grant.”

“We often meet former VOTO students who have found success as adults. I've met students who have become lawyers, interior designers, financial planners, barbers, and firefighters. They were able to reach their goals because people like you stepped up and lent them a hand. Your gift makes it possible for the next generation of homeless youth to dream a new dream and build a better future for themselves.”
